The Fall 2010 Chief Learning Officer Magazine Symposium

The Fall 2010 CLO Symposium is almost here! Mark your calendars for September 27-29 at the Ritz-Carlton, Laguna Niguel-Dana Point, California as the publishers of Chief Learning Officer, Talent Management and Diversity Executive magazines host another top-notch event.

The theme of this fall's symposium is “Unleashing Learning: From Strategy to Execution” and will focus on the need to support employees in ways to ensure they are aligned, committed and high-performing. Learning is now considered a natural outgrowth of engaged employees collaborating to carry out an organization's shared vision. Today, organizational strategy and learning strategy are integrally linked to address challenges and capitalize on opportunities.

And while you're there, make sure to attend the presentation of the “CLO Learning In Practice Awards.”  Some of our industry's best and brightest will be honored during this annual ceremony.
